Lamma Power Station
OVERVIEW
Developed by The Hong Kong Electric Co., Ltd., Lamma Power Station is Hong Kong's largest power station, supplying electricity to the island's commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. The station underwent a significant renovation to upgrade plant buildings, staff quarters, and operational facilities, ensuring continued reliability and safety in power generation.
IMPACT
This industrial facility received a full material solution. The Gypsum Block Walling System (1110, 1115), installed with GA-90, provided robust internal walls. The surface was prepared for harsh conditions using CBD-288 and CBR-233, a water-resistant cement plaster. Finishes were applied using GP-2L, GS-80, and sealed with PMS-11. While CTF-858, CTG-701, and CNG-770 ensured durable, slip-resistant, and crack-resistant tiling suitable for an industrial environment.
