Several of our Dry Mix Mortar solutions, including the Gypsum Skim Coat GS-80 and Gypsum Sprayable Plaster GP-2L are officially listed under the Construction Innovation and Technology Fund (CITF) Pre‑approved List for Advanced Construction Materials, making it easier for eligible contractors to access funding support when adopting these advanced materials.

Sustainability
at GREENTECH
Sustainability begins with material choice. Through the Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) process, more than 95% of sulphur dioxide can be removed, producing FGD gypsum as a recyclable by-product. GREENTECH utilizes this FGD gypsum as a key raw material in the production of Gypsum Blocks. Compared with traditional concrete blocks, this process can reduce carbon emissions by up to 60%.
Beyond carbon, we prioritise occupant health. Our products contain no heavy metals, hazardous substances, or volatile organic compounds, ensuring that the materials used to build spaces also safeguard the people who occupy them. These commitments are independently verified through the Hong Kong Green Label (HK‑02240) and the CIC Green Product Certification (Platinum) — the highest rating attainable.
