OVERVIEW
Designed by Wong Tung, the Tsuen Wan facility is a purpose-built data centre designed to meet the growing demand for digital infrastructure in Hong Kong. The facility supports high-density IT capacity, advanced cooling systems, and robust connectivitys.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110) with GA-90 for fire-resistant partitions, sealed with PMS-11 to block moisture transfer. The flooring and finishing system included CBC-602, CTF-638, CTG-701, and CPL-551, ensuring a durable, moisture-protected environment suited to the demanding data centre environment.
