OVERVIEW
Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) is developing a integrated development atop the Hong Kong West Kowloon High Speed Rail Station. The project includes a Grade-A office space and a retail mall named "Stage IGC" . The station itself opened in September 2018, handling over 90,000 passengers daily and connecting directly to 113 Mainland destinations.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials contributed material solutions to this education project, including PMS-11 to block moisture transfer. CTF-858 was used to secure tiles across the facility, while CPL-551 provided a durable, water-resistant thin plaster finish. CTG-701 completed the system with a shrinkage-compensated grout offering low water absorption and high adhesion.
