OVERVIEW
Designed by Associated Architects, the 34-storey plus 4-storey basement commercial is a project part of the broader transformation of Kowloon East to become Hong Kong’s second core business district. Registered for LEED v4 BD+C CS certification, the project incorporates the developer's commitment to sustainability and people-centric design.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1175, 1110, 1115), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant internal partitions. The walls were sealed with PMS-11 to block moisture transfer, while CPL-551 was applied to provide smooth, durable surfaces ready for direct painting. This comprehensive material system was ideally suited to the high-quality commercial environments.
