OVERVIEW
Designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron in partnership with TFP Farrells and Arup, they designed one of the largest museums of modern and contemporary visual culture in the world. The building features 33 galleries, three cinemas, a Learning Hub, Research Centre, and a rooftop garden overlooking Victoria Harbour.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Material Ltd. provided the project with its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System and was complemented by the GA90 gypsum adhesive, used to maintain the integrity of the gypsum wall. Together, these solutions provided a system that ensured the museum's walls are durable and safe, suitable for a world-class cultural venue.
