OVERVIEW
Designed by Archiplus. The complex spans approximately 40,000 square metres. It serves a developing residential community with a sports centre, public library, community hall, welfare facilities and two levels of underground public parking.
IMPACT
GreenTech provided its 1110 Gypsum Block Walling System, installed with GA-90 Gypsum Adhesive for this new community hub. The GA-90 ensured the walls' fire resistance, sound insulation, and overall structural integrity, creating a safe and sustainable civic asset across Hong Kong's emerging residential areas.
