OVERVIEW
The facility underwent a comprehensive upgrading project led by the Architectural Services Department, designed by Design 2. The renovation expanded the foyer and auditorium, added a flexible Black Box Theatre, and upgraded stage technology. It also introduced better support through new passenger lifts, escalators, and a babycare room.
IMPACT
The revitalized venue incorporated the Gypsum Block Walling System (1110, 1115), installed with GA-90 Gypsum Adhesive. The GA-90's high adhesive strength ensured the integrity of the sound-insulating, fire-resistant block walls, creating a safe and acoustically controlled environment suitable for a busy shared community space.
