OVERVIEW
The improvement project from 2022 to 2025, led by the Architectural Services Department. The revamped facility features a 471-seat theatre with immersive audio and projection mapping systems and enhanced barrier-free access, serving as a key cultural hub for the Eastern District.
IMPACT
Our contribution featured the 1110 Gypsum Block Walling System, installed with GA-90 for a strong, fire-resistant structure. The walls were sealed with PMS-11 Moisture Sealer to protect against moisture and enhance bonding, providing a durable and acoustically controlled environment suitable for the theatre and practice rooms.
