OVERVIEW
Designed by ARCHI+, the Kwun Tong Composite Development is a transformative project that consolidates multiple public services in the heart of Kwun Tong. It features two main buildings: a 25-storey High Block and a 9-storey Low Block, which accommodate a District Health Centre, Shine Skills Centre, and an art gallery. A Public Transport Interchange and a series of elevated walkways were also built to enhance connectivity.
IMPACT
The project benefited from our Gypsum Block Walling System (1110, 1115), installed with GA-90 Gypsum Adhesive. This system provided a cost-effective, fast-installing, and highly durable internal partition solution, with the GA-90 ensuring the masonry's fire resistance, structural integrity, and long-term reliability for this complex multi-use development.
