OVERVIEW
Designed by Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates and constructed by China State Construction, this 19-hectare facility in the New Territories includes driving and traffic training centres, weapons training facilities, firing ranges, and a new Specialised Operations Training Facility that simulates urban environments for tactical response training.
IMPACT
For this demanding training facility, we supplied our Gypsum Block Walling System (1110, 1115), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints. PMS-11 was applied to protect the walls from moisture, followed by GS-80 to deliver a smooth, neutral-pH finish ideal for decorative coatings. This robust system ensures walls that withstand the rigours of intensive daily training.
