OVERVIEW
Designed by Ronald Lu & Partners, the project comprises two wet-lab-enabled office buildings and one accommodation building. This development marks a significant milestone in transforming the Hetao Co-operation Zone into an innovation and technology hub that connects Mainland China with global research communities.
IMPACT
For this innovation hub, GreenTech delivered its Gypsum Block Walling System (1110, 1115), secured with GA-90 adhesive for high strength and fire resistance. The walls were finished with GP-2L, creating perfectly smooth surfaces essential for the high-tech laboratories and research spaces.
