OVERVIEW
Designed by Archiplus, the project comprises 40 blocks and 1,727 units across three phases, featuring low-density residential towers, villas, and houses. The project was awarded the Grand Award in the Hong Kong Residential (Multiple Buildings) category at the Quality Building Award 2022, in recognition of its success in striking a balance between development and conservation.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints for the internal partitions of this large-scale residential development. This material system was ideally suited to the demanding residential environment, where durability, acoustic insulation, and fire safety are essential.
