OVERVIEW
Designed by P&T Architects, SIERRA SEA is the first residential phase of New Territories' largest private housing development in twenty-five years. The project comprises four towers offering 781 units, and is part of a larger community masterplan that features the Zaha Hadid-designed GO PARK sports and commercial complex.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints for the internal partitions of this large-scale residential development. This material system was ideally suited to the demanding residential environment, where durability, acoustic insulation, and fire safety are essential.
