OVERVIEW
Designed by DLN Architects for Cheung Kong Holdings and the MTR Corporation, Blue Coast is the largest residential phase of the Wong Chuk Hang Station package, comprising 1,200 units across four towers . The development offers exclusive residents' lifts connecting directly to THE SOUTHSIDE shopping mall and Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System. The 1180, 1110, and 1115 blocks offered excellent acoustic insulation and fire resistance suited to the premium residential environment, while the GA-90 ensured the integrity of the masonry system across the 1,200 units and common areas.
