OVERVIEW
Designed by P&T, Lohas Park Phase 7A Montara is a two-tower residential development completed in October 2021. Part of the broader O'EAST seafront series, the 616-unit estate is located adjacent to LOHAS Park Station and is surrounded by waterfront promenades and extensive green spaces.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints for the internal partitions of this large-scale residential development. This material system was ideally suited to the demanding residential environment, where durability, acoustic insulation, and fire safety are essential.
