Designed by DLN Architects, The Henley is a large-scale residential development comprising of three phases across eight residential towers, offering a total of 1,184 units. The project is situated within the Kai Tak development area, with convenient access to Kai Tak MTR Station and the surrounding commercial precinct.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints for the internal partitions of this large-scale residential development. This material system was ideally suited to the demanding residential environment, where durability, acoustic insulation, and fire safety are essential.
