OVERVIEW
Designed by Wong Tung & Partners for Henderson Land, Gateway, Square Mile is the fifth phase of the "L·Living" series development. As of mid-2025, the project has sold over 125 units, generating more than HK$700 million in revenue, with the entire L·Living series achieving over HK$13.2 billion in sales across 2,141 units. The project features a clubhouse and green areas such as the "Chiba Garden" and "Sky Forest".
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1180), installed with GA-90. The 1180 blocks and GA-90 adhesive, with their high density and water-repellent properties, offered excellent acoustic insulation and fire resistance suited to the premium residential environment, while the walls were sealed with PMS-11 Moisture Sealer to block moisture transfer.
