OVERVIEW
Designed by Ronald Lu & Partners, the 11-storey complex will be Hong Kong's largest elderly care home operated by a single organisation, providing 1,434 nursing and residential care places. The complex will be operated through Hong Kong's largest "smart care home” technology, integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance care quality and operational efficiency.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints for the internal partitions of this large-scale residential care facility. This material system was ideally suited to the demanding elderly care environment, where durability, safety, and a comfortable indoor atmosphere.
