OVERVIEW
A healthcare redevelopment project undertaken by the Hospital Authority, designed by Wong Tung & Partners. The project involves constructing new staff quarters and associated utilities to support the hospital's broader redevelopment and meet the growing demands of public healthcare services in the New Territories.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110, 1115), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong fire resistance and compressive strength for the new clinical tower. The walls were sealed with PMS-11 to block moisture, and finished with GS-80, suitable for decorative finishes in healthcare environments. This system was ideally suited to the hospital's stringent hygiene and infection control requirements.
