OVERVIEW
Designed by Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates, the six-storey facility centralises key healthcare support services such as a central laundry, central food production unit, an IT corporate data centre, and a central emergency store for protective equipment. The project aims to meet approximately half of the public hospital system's laundry and catering needs by 2030.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110, 1115), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints for the internal partitions of this critical healthcare support facility. This material system was ideally suited to the demanding industrial-scale environment, where durability, hygiene, and operational resilience are essential.
