OVERVIEW
Designed by Three's Architects, the phased redevelopment transforms Blocks A, B, and C into an integrated "Smart Hospital." By 2034, the hospital will expand to 700 beds with advanced operating theatres, smart technologies, and upgraded hardware. The project serves as a model for future-ready healthcare infrastructure in Hong Kong.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110), installed with GA-90 to ensure fire-resistant masonry joints, and sealed with PMS-11 to block moisture transfer. For tiling work, we supplied CTF-858 for strong tile adhesion suitable for all environments. This material system was ideally suited to the demanding healthcare environment, where durability, hygiene, and safety are paramount.
