OVERVIEW
Designed by P&T Group, the hospital is a multi-specialty private teaching hospital jointly developed by IHH Healthcare and CTF Services Limited. It integrates "hotel design" concepts to provide a comfortable, warm, and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the healing journey.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant hospital internal partitions. The walls were sealed with PMS-11 to block moisture, then finished with GS-80 to provide a surface suitable for decorative finishes. This comprehensive system was ideally suited to the hospital's stringent healthcare environment.
