OVERVIEW
Designed by P&T Group, the HKU Capital Development Complex is a three-phase campus hub project. The new campus will house the HKU Business School, a multi-purpose sports complex with an Olympic-standard indoor swimming pool, staff and visiting scholars' residences, and an interactive teaching and learning complex and conference centre.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110, 1115), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant internal partitions. The walls were sealed with PMS-11, and finished with GS-80 to provide a surface suitable for decorative finishes. This system is suited for the demanding academic environment, where durability, acoustic insulation, and fire safety are essential.
