OVERVIEW
Designed by Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates, the nine-storey facility is the second research building within the university's North Campus research hub. The complex is positioned as a flagship hub for advanced biotechnology and climate-focused scientific innovation.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110, 1115), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant internal partitions. The walls were sealed with PMS-11 to block moisture transfer, and finished with GS-80 for smooth decorative finishes across the research laboratories, offices, and communal spaces.
