OVERVIEW
Designed by the Architectural Services Department through the JL-WS Joint Venture, Cheung Sha Wan Catholic Primary School accommodates 30 classrooms and features a distinctive circular ramp around a central ball court that encourages student interaction. The project has received numerous accolades, including the HKIA Annual Award 2023 and the International Architecture Award 2024.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110, 1115), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints for the internal partitions of this academic building. The 1115 blocks offered excellent fire resistance and structural integrity suited to the educational environment.
