OVERVIEW
Designed by Studio One Design Limited, MEGA Plus is the company's flagship and largest data centre in Hong Kong. The facility includes a 132kV on-premise substation supporting over 24MW of IT load . The facility serves as a strategic gateway to Mainland China and the Asia-Pacific region.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110), installed with GA-90 Gypsum Adhesive to ensure strong, fire-resistant internal partitions. This material system was ideally suited to the demanding data centre environment, where fire safety, durability, and structural integrity are essential.
