OVERVIEW
Designed by GYU Architects, iCity is a 20-storey Grade A industrial building completed in 2023. The development offers 601 units with high ceilings, and features a landscaped garden podium, glass curtain wall facade, and 24-hour flexible working spaces tailored for technology startups and modern enterprises.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1175, 1180), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant internal partitions. The walls were finished with GS-80 to provide suitable surfaces for decorative finishes. This material system was ideally suited to the demanding industrial workspace environment, where durability and quality finishes are essential.
