OVERVIEW
Designed by Aedas, Goodman Westlink is a 4-storey logistics facility. The building features full ramp access to all floors, a 5-metre clear ceiling height, and 17.5 kPa floor loading capacity, making it suitable for the latest advancements in warehouse automation and robotics.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistance for the internal partitions. The walls were sealed with PMS-11 to block moisture transfer and it is finished with GS-80 to provide smooth surface for decorative finishes across the warehouse, office, and common areas. This comprehensive material system was ideally suited to the demanding logistics environment.
