OVERVIEW
Designed by Studio One Design Limited, this 10-storey purpose-built IBX facility achieved LEED Gold certification with an annual average PUE as low as 1.45, one of the most energy-efficient data centres in Hong Kong. The facility provides 6,178 sq.m. of colocation space with 2N power redundancy and N+1 cooling, backed by a 99.9999% uptime guarantee.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints for the internal partitions of this critical digital infrastructure. This material system was ideally suited to the demanding data centre environment, where fire safety, durability, and structural integrity are essential.
