OVERVIEW
Designed by AGC Design, the project is jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and The Kowloon Motor Bus Company. The complex comprises two 20-storey Grade A office towers sitting atop a 10-storey shopping mall. The project has achieved BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, WiredScore and SmartScore Platinum certifications, and incorporates advanced green features including electric vehicle charging stations and smart building technologies.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110, 1115), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints for the internal partitions of this landmark commercial complex. This material system was ideally suited to the high-traffic office and retail environment.
