OVERVIEW
Designed by Alexander Wong Architects, this hotel is one of Hong Kong's largest and is located in SKYCITY at Hong Kong International Airport. The project has achieved a BEAM Plus Platinum provisional rating for its green building features and sustainable design.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints for the internal partitions of this large-scale hotel. This material system was ideally suited to the hospitality environment, where durability, acoustic insulation, and guest comfort is of most importance.
