OVERVIEW
Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox in collaboration with Ronald Lu & Partners. The 29-storey commercial tower includes a Grade A office space across 24 floors. It is also complemented by retail, dining, and entertainment spaces across a four-level podium and two rooftop levels. The building has achieved provisional Platinum ratings under BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, and WiredScore.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1180, 1110, 1115), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints for the internal partitions of this premium commercial tower. The 1180 blocks offered excellent acoustic insulation and fire resistance suited to the high-quality office environment, while the 1110 and 1115 blocks provided robust, water-repellent internal wall solutions for the retail and office spaces.
