OVERVIEW
Designed by GYU Architects, iCity is a 20-storey Grade A industrial building that offers 601 units, each featuring a private bathroom with a electric water heater and high ceilings. The project includes an approximately 18,000 sq. ft. landscaped garden podium, a glass curtain wall facade with twin-tower design, and 24-hour flexible working spaces.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1175, 1180), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints for the internal partitions of this Grade A industrial building. The walls were finished with GS-80 which provides a smooth surface with excellent water retention and neutral pH, making it ideal for the industrial workspace environment.
