OVERVIEW
Designed by Rocco Design Architects Associates for the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. The seven-storey museum features a 7,800 sq.m. of exhibition space across nine galleries. The museum has achieved BEAM Plus Final Platinum certification.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong, fire-resistant masonry joints for the internal partitions of this world-class museum. This material system was ideally suited to the demanding museum environment, where durability, acoustic insulation, and stable indoor conditions are essential.
