OVERVIEW
Designed by Rocco Design Architects, the project is a 10-storey office building northwest of the Waterfront Park. Cyberport 5 provides approximately 36,000 sq.m. of office and co-working space, representing a 30% increase in total floor area, alongside a multi-function hall accommodating up to 800 people, a Tier-III+ sustainable data centre, and over 15 retail and F&B units.
IMPACT
GreenTech Building Materials provided its high-performance Gypsum Block Walling System (1110, 1115), installed with GA-90 to ensure strong masonry joints for the internal partitions of this smart office building. The walls were finished with GP-2L gypsum plaster to provide smooth, durable surfaces suited to the high-quality office, co-working, and multi-functional spaces.
